The Luca Svizzeretto Independent Spirit Award

Actor Fabrizio Ferracane is honored with the prize for an unconventional figure in Italian film

Luca Svizzeretto was a dear friend to Noir and worked closely with the festival. When he died in 2016 after a courageous battle against Crohn’s disease, Noir decided to name an award after him and bestow it on an unconventional Italian film personality. This year, the Luca Svizzeretto Independent Spirit Award goes to actor Fabrizio Ferracane, whom we’ll be seeing in the film Indelebile.
