 Les naufragés des Andes (Stranded, the Andes Crash Plane) by Gonzalo Arijón

On October 12, 1972, an airplane of the Uruguayan Air Force left Montevideo headed for Santiago del Chile carrying the rugby team Old Christians. The plane is forced to make an emergency layover in Mendoza, Argentina due to bad weather conditions. The following day, shortly after continuing on its way, all traces of the airplane and its passengers were lost. For 10 weeks the rescue teams sent from Argentina, Chile and Uruguay could not find them.
