After last year’s talk with Stefano Sardo at the 2014 Courmayeur Noir In Festival, the festival’s overview of trends in TV series continues with a new focus, "European crime series". Noir and crime make up the only real genre which sees continental Europe competing as an equal with the United States, which often reworks European originals. The discussion will then turn to the new wave of Italian crime TV series.
Onstage for the talk on December 12, at 11:30 am, moderator Sebastiano Pucciarelli - creator and host of the program "TV Talk" (Raitre) and a teacher at the Scuola Holden - welcomes guest speakers such as Andrea Nobile, director and screenwriter (Distretto di Polizia, Il XIII Apostolo), Giorgio Glaviano, screenwriter, and Vinicio Canton, screenwriter (Distretto di Polizia, La Squadra, RIS).
