After working in marketing for major multinationals in Milan and London for roughly twenty years, Elisabetta Cametti decided to devote herself to her first love, writing. Her first novel, K - I guardiani della storia, was published in 2013, followed the year after by K Nel mare del tempo, the second in a series featuring the glamorous Katherine Sinclaire. Il regista is the first novel in the series called "Serie 29", and its publication in Italy coincides with the U.S. launch of Cametti’s debut novel.
