Scerbanenco - La Stampa Award: The winner is Una mutevole verità
The literary jury for Courmayeur Noir in Festival, composed of Cecilia Scerbanenco (President), Valerio Calzolaio, Luca Crovi, Loredana Lipperini, Sergio Pent, Ranieri Polese, Sebastiano Triulzi, Bruno Ventavoli and John Vignola, selected the winners from the following shortlist:
Gianrico Carofiglio, Una mutevole verità, Einaudi
Roberto Costantini, Il male non dimentica, Marsilio
Romano De Marco, Io la troverò, Feltrinelli
Nicola Lagioia, La ferocia, Einaudi
Marilù Oliva, Le sultane, Elliot
and has decided to bestow the 2014 Giorgio Scerbanenco - La Stampa Award for best Italian Crime Novel of the Year on Gianrico Carofiglio for his novel Una mutevole verità.
In addition, the jury agreed to assign a Special Prize to Roberto Costantini for his novel Il male non dimentica, the final chapter of his Trilogia del Male.
